How Southpoint Window Films uses the details you send us when you ask about window film.
This website is run by Southpoint Window Films Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 17480079. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. We're responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

When you send an enquiry through one of our forms (the contact form, the Film Finder, or the quote forms on our Sussex, Bexhill and conservatory pages), we receive:
If you call, email or WhatsApp us instead, we receive whatever you send us that way, including photos.
Please only send photos you're happy for us to see. If you can, avoid photos that show people, vehicle number plates or the inside of your home beyond the windows we need to look at.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you an estimate or quotation, arrange a survey or fitting if you go ahead, and keep in touch about that job. Photos help us check your glass and windows so we can recommend the right film.
Links to our reviews on Google and TrustATrader, and to our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages, take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
We only use Google Analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, or don't choose, Google Analytics doesn't load and no analytics cookies are set.
When accepted, Google Analytics sets cookies (their names start with _ga) that collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, so we don't have to ask on every page. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings, which is also in the footer of every page. If you reject after accepting, we remove the analytics cookies we can reach.
We keep enquiry details and photos only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We'll update this page if the way we use your information changes. Last updated: November 2026.
